The Neighborhood
The ambiance of The Neighborhood
has been described as "just slightly behind the times"—harkening
back to a pre-World War II sense of place. We think that's accurate.
We also think it's a community whose time has come again. |
Tree-lined streets. Sidewalks. Front porches made for sitting.
Common green space where neighbors gather and children play. Favorite
shops, not to mention a renowned resort, just a stroll away. Here,
the homes are scaled-back in size, yet rich with color and character.
Much like the life. Homes are placed close to the sidewalks, so
interaction with neighbors occurs often and naturally. Residents
are a mix of retirees and families and young people just starting
out. People here know one another and look out for one another.
